US Hosting for New Peakon Tenants
We introduce a US data center to our hosting infrastructure, starting from 15th March. New Peakon customers can choose their hosting region (US or EU) during onboarding. Note that data and tenant transfer between regions is not supported. US-hosted environments are only available to new customers that don’t already have a Peakon tenant.
Peakon's US hosting environment utilizes Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the US region. The user interface remains the same for all customers, no matter the hosting region.
