We’re improving Brazilian Portuguese translations in Workday Peakon to enhance survey clarity and user experience. These updates will be implemented between February 10th and 14th.

We implement the following translation improvements to the survey user interface (UI): We change the translation of "Not at all" in Brazilian Portuguese from "De modo algum" to "Nem um pouco", and the translation of “Absolutely” from “Com certeza” to “Totalmente”.

With this release, we further reduce security risk of conversation tokens in the emails that employees receive when a manager has responded to their comments.

Each conversation email that an employee receives has a link with a unique token that leads the employee to a standalone page, which displays their comment and any comment replies they may have received.

This update is only relevant for organizations that don't use personal dashboards, and therefore their employees respond to comment replies by opening the conversation thread from the standalone conversation link. If your organization uses personal dashboards, the link from conversation emails instead directs employees to respond from within their personal dashboard.

We roll this update out gradually until 24th January.

Reducing the token expiry to 24 hours decreases the risk of misuse in conversations.

The token in conversation emails previously expired after 8 weeks, but we now reduce the token expiry to 24 hours.

If the employee tries to access the link after 24 hours, they can request a new token which Peakon will instantly send to their email address. The employee will continue to automatically receive a new email with a new token each time a manager adds a reply on the same conversation. All conversation tokens will expire after 24 hours, including any new tokens that the employee has requested.

This update also affects already generated links.
