Moments that Matter: Chronological Driver Order for Onboarding
We now display Onboarding driver data in chronological order across multiple pages in Peakon. This helps leaders and administrators easily track and navigate the Onboarding questions with clear, streamlined progression.
Onboarding data now displays in chronological driver order (Orientation, Alignment, Integrating, Contributing and Thriving) across key pages, dropdowns, and filters. Key pages include Comments (All Comments, Sensitive Comments, Topics), Actions, Administration (Actions, Access Control), Personal Dashboard, and Questions pages.

We update industry benchmarks on Workday Peakon Employee Voice with the most recent data from 2024 Q4.
