- New filter: We add a new multi-select question set filter on theDrivers Scorestab, enabling you to view driver scores for multiple question sets at once.
- Driver card updates: We're updating the design of the driver cards on theDrivers Scorestab to make it easier to see key information, such as the associated question set and whether it’s a strength or focus area.
Enhanced Driver Cards Experience
We’ve updated the design and information displayed on Driver Cards. This enhancement is rolled out in phases to highlight the most critical data points (such as impact, score change, and focus areas) and help managers quickly understand their team’s latest survey results.
The driver cards feature an updated design and simplified information. Key changes include:
- The accompanying Impact text is now only displayed when the impact is Medium or High. The impact indicator is no longer displayed for Low impact drivers, reducing visual clutter.
- The score change arrow is only shown when there is a score difference since the last survey round, helping to highlight meaningful movement.
- Planned actions added by managers are no longer highlighted directly on the card. This information remains accessible on the question details page when you click on the driver card.
- Benchmark information is now simplified and color-coded for quicker comparative analysis. Detailed benchmark information remains available on the question details page.
- Visual indications and text are now prominently displayed when a driver is a strength, a recommended focus area, or has been manually set as a focus area.
- To keep the card view clean, the following options have been moved to the overflow menu (3 dots) on the card:
- Why is this recommended
- Dismiss recommendation
