Survey Completion by Platform
With this release, we provide a new report that enables organizations to see survey completion by platform. Example: Web or mobile application. We release this update gradually over a period of a week.
The report is now visible for each survey round in the
Activity
tab, including historical surveys. You must click the downward arrow to expand the survey round details.
The report displays these survey completion platforms:
- Web
- Kiosk mode
- Mobile app
- Not known
The web category includes survey completion on both desktop and mobile web, as well as the pop up within Microsoft Teams and surveys opened from Slack links.
The kiosk mode category includes survey completion from any device, as long as employees used kiosk mode. Example: Completing the survey on mobile web using kiosk mode contributes to the kiosk mode metric.
The report is automatically available for everyone who can access the
Schedules
area within Administration
.Standard Text for Attribute Data Collection (Coming Soon)
With this release, we improve the survey experience for organizations that use attribute data collection in surveys. This release will go into production between end of September and start of October.
We remove the standard message that displays above the attribute data collection options in surveys:
"Help us by providing some data. The system uses this information to sort scores into different segments. This gives your organisation a better understanding of where to focus on making improvements. Your survey responses remain confidential."
The editable text is now the only message that displays before the data collection options on the survey, and it now displays with a white background, instead of a gray box.
This change provides more flexibility for organizations to explain how attribute data collection works to employees without needing to consider the standard text.
Swedish and Thai Translation Enhancements (Coming Soon)
We make enhancements to Swedish and Thai survey question translations in Peakon.These changes will go into production during the week of 30th September to 4th October.
We change the Swedish translation for the question: "My current work makes the best use of my strengths." from "Mitt nuvarande arbete utnyttjar mina starka sidor på bästa sätt." to "Mitt nuvarande arbete nyttjar mina starka sidor på bästa sätt.".
We also change the Thai translation for the question: "Employee health and wellbeing is a priority at %s." from "สุขภาพและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีของพนักงานคือสิ่งที่ %s ต้องให้ความสำคัญ" to "สุขภาพและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีของพนักงานคือสิ่งที่ %s ให้ความสำคัญ".
Help Center Widget
With this release, we update the available help functionality in Peakon dashboards for managers and employees after the Peakon Help Center migration.
We remove the help widget from the dashboard and we update the Help Center link in the help menu of the dashboard header.
