We will release translation enhancements in Peakon dashboards between November 18 and November 22.

We change the Swedish translation of "sub-processor" in Swedish from "personuppgiftsbiträde" to "underbiträde" all throughout Peakon.

Starting November 15th, we introduce Workday product feedback surveys for signed-in users on both the manager and employee dashboards.

These intercept surveys are designed to collect feedback on the ease of use of a particular feature or the overall application. This feedback will be used to improve the usability of Peakon. Example: After a user completes a task, a survey pops up asking them to rate the difficulty of the task, or to identify any challenges they faced.

Intercept surveys require the collection of analytics cookies, so with this release we also add a cookie consent manager that enables users to set and update their cookies preferences.

We only present intercept surveys to those users that have accepted the optional cookies, if their company has not opted out of the functionality. We also don’t send intercept surveys to users that use ad blockers, regardless of their cookie preferences. Completion of intercept surveys is entirely optional and users can dismiss the survey pop-up if desired.

Intercept surveys provide the Peakon product team with immediate, task-specific feedback that is crucial for identifying usability issues and improving the product for customers.

Users can update their cookie consent at any time by selecting the

Note that Peakon previously collected dashboard user feedback from users that had accepted optional cookies. In late 2023 we discontinued the tool that we previously used for intercept surveys, and we also removed the cookie preferences tab from the

Profile

page as we no longer collected optional cookies. Therefore, with this release we reintroduce the cookie consent manager that now lives in the help menu. We have always collected essential cookies that don’t require opt-in.

Note that the cookie consent manager displays all options of our cookie policy to users of all companies, however we don’t send intercept surveys if your company has opted out.
