Peakon Benchmarks
We update industry benchmarks on Workday Peakon Employee Voice with the most recent data from 2024 Q2. These updates will go into production on 14th August.
Peakon Inferred Time Zone Retirement
We now retire inferred time zones in Workday Peakon.
We recommend that you update employee records in Peakon to now include the employee's time zone. If you integrate data from Workday, you can automatically populate the time zone for an employee by selecting the
Time Zone
check box on the Workday Integration page in Peakon.We also recommend that you ensure you use the correct time zones when this functionality retires before you launch surveys.
If you don't update the time zone for the employee on their employee record, Peakon determines when to send out the survey notification using this order of priority:
- Time zone on the survey schedule.
- Company time zone on the account settings.
- UTC.
