Microsoft PowerPoint Exports
With this release, we improve how you export your survey results as a Microsoft PowerPoint, making it easier for you to share insights, facilitate discussions, and create presentations.
When you export your Workday Peakon Employee Voice data as a Microsoft PowerPoint file, you can now view information about:
- An executive summary, providing you with a high-level snapshot of your results.
- Drivers of engagement, adding context to your data.
- The employee experience cycle, helping you understand information about workers in different tenure phases within your organization.
We also add Workday branding and visual improvements to the file that you export, enabling you to focus on storytelling with your data.
Impact Data Exports
With this release, you can now export your engagement impact metrics to Microsoft Excel. This enables you to create your own custom graphs with your data.
We add a new Export button on the Impact option in the Reports section on the Analysis tab, enabling you to export your engagement impact analysis as a Microsoft Excel file.

Suggested Actions in the Peakon Android Mobile Application
We add a list of suggested actions on the Actions tab of each driver page, for standard question sets. We include descriptions and checklists on the suggested actions, removing manual effort in creating actions on the go.
Segment Limits
With this release, we introduce a limit to the number of segments that you can create in your attributes. This prevents you from creating an excessive number of segments that could impact performance, and ensures that your systems run efficiently.
We add a progress bar on the Attributes section in the Administration tab that you can use to view how close you are to reaching your segment limit.
Note: If you reach 110% in your segment limit, you can no longer add new segments until you delete your current segments.
Map Attributes by External ID for Peakon Workday Integration
With this release, you can now match external IDs for segments when you map attributes from Workday to Workday Peakon Employee Voice. This enables you to use more advanced attribute mapping when you don’t have duplicated segments.
You map attributes such as department, employment type, and gender using the integration.
We deliver this new toggle on the Automatic Employee Import page in the integration that you can enable to sync your employee data with Workday: Map by external ID (only if data doesn’t contain duplicate segments). This enables you to use advanced mapping.
Note: You can only use the new toggle if your data doesn’t contain duplicate segments.
