FAQ: What Happens If My Company Deactivates a Question?

The question or driver can still display on dashboards if it's current score has responses from within the visibility window. Example: 1 year.

If your company deactivates a core driver question (Example: Autonomy) but still asks the subdriver questions (Example: Flexibility and Remote Work), the core driver still displays on dashboards and driver pages. Both the driver and subdrivers can become strengths or focus areas. The driver-level score is an average of all associated scores to the driver from both core and subdriver questions.

With each new survey round the visibility window shifts forward. As soon as the deactivated question has no responses from the visibility window, it stops displaying on dashboards.

The deactivated question will display in all historical rounds where its responses were valid within the visibility window.
