FAQ: What Happens If My Company Deactivates a Question?

FAQ: What Happens If My Company Deactivates a Question?

  • The question or driver can still display on dashboards if it's current score has responses from within the visibility window. Example: 1 year.
  • If your company deactivates a core driver question (Example: Autonomy) but still asks the subdriver questions (Example: Flexibility and Remote Work), the core driver still displays on dashboards and driver pages. Both the driver and subdrivers can become strengths or focus areas. The driver-level score is an average of all associated scores to the driver from both core and subdriver questions.
  • With each new survey round the visibility window shifts forward. As soon as the deactivated question has no responses from the visibility window, it stops displaying on dashboards.
  • The deactivated question will display in all historical rounds where its responses were valid within the visibility window.
