FAQ: Can We Delete Comment Replies?

Managers can't delete or edit an already sent reply to a comment. When you send a reply, Peakon sends an email to the employee who submitted the comment with your reply. Peakon sends the email with a randomly generated delay to protect the employee's identity.

Similarly, it's not possible for employees to retract their replies on conversations.
