Restore a Completed or Archived Action

Security:

  • Manage actions
Restore a completed or archived action moves it back to its previous status. If you archived it from the
Planned
 section, restoring the action returns it there. If you first marked the action as done and later archived it, restoring it will move it back to the
Completed
 section.
Any manager who can access the dashboard can reinstate your completed or archived actions. Example: Your senior leader can restore your actions on your behalf.
  1. Go to the
    Action plan
     page within the
    Insights
     tab.
  2. From the filtering options, set the filter to
    Completed
     or
    Archived
    , depending on your action's status.
  3. Find the action you need to restore and restore it:
    • If the action is in the
      Completed
       tab, click the
      Reopen
       icon.
    • If the action is in the
      Archived
       tab, click
      Un-archive
      .
