Peakon as default does not sync future
Separation Dates
and Separation Reasons
from Workday. When you sync Workday employees with separation dates into the future, you will notice that they will remain categorised as effective employees. The Separation Dates and Separation Reasons are included in the sync on their effective date (the day of the termination or separation). The values sync when the termination business process completes before the separation date in Workday.
In Workday, you can create calculated fields to sync Separation Dates and Reasons to Peakon before their effective date.
