This table provides explanations for adoption report terminology:

Potential Active Days | Days when users have statused applications in your applicant tracking system (ATS) or HiredScore. |
HiredScore Adoption (%) | Value determined by dividing HiredScore Active Days by Potential Active Days. |
Total HS Active Users | Total number of users with HiredScore Active Days during a specified time period. |
Statusing | Refers to changing candidate status during a phase of the hiring process supported by HiredScore. |
Total Status Changes | Indicates all status changes that you can make in HiredScore, either in HiredScore or the ATS. |
Average Statusing | Value determined by dividing Statusing by Total Status Changes. |
Reqs with Fetch Views | Total number of requisitions for which users view Fetch recommendations. |
Example
A recruiter statuses 10 applications in the company ATS on Monday and 1 application in HiredScore on Tuesday, which makes Monday a potential active day and Tuesday a HiredScore active day. Totals for the week are:
- 1 HiredScore active day.
- 2 potential active days.
- 11 status changes.
The recruiter’s:
- Adoption for the week is 1 of 2 potential days, or 50 percent.
- Percentage statusing on HiredScore is 1 of 11, or 10 percent.
