Playbook Generation Skill for Contract Negotiation Agent
With this release, we introduce Playbook Generation. This skill uses AI to automatically extract text from your uploaded playbook documents and generate a structured draft playbook configuration in minutes.
Business Benefits
By translating negotiation standards that live in old contracts, policy documents, or institutional knowledge into executable digital playbooks, Playbook Generation reduces drafting hours while maintaining human oversight.
Changes
We introduce an automated setup method within the playbook creation workflow that allows you to upload source files for draft generation.
- You can upload 1 primary playbook document (PDF or DOCX, up to 32MB) and 1 optional contract template per generation to provide additional language context.
- The AI Playbook automatically pre-populates the playbook name, playbook description, contract type, and up to 200 unique requirements including suggested risk levels, sample wording, and document comments.
- Administrators can review and edit requirements, as well as add new requirements or remove ones that don’t reflect current standards.
