Concept: E-Signature Account Types
To use Contract Management and Document Intelligence e-signature integrations, you need to select 1 of these account types for signing in and collecting signatures.
- Individual account:Each signature coordinator signs in manually with their username and password every time they send a contract for electronic signature.
- Company account:All signature coordinators sign in automatically using the company account. The account administrator enters the company account details once, so individual coordinators don't need to provide their username and passwords during the contract signing workflow.
