Configure Contractor as Manager

Administrator Guide

From the header, select

Users

Select the

Contractors As Managers

tab.

Click

Link New User

Locate and open the contractor profile.

On the contractor profile, in the

Linked Manager Account

section:

Select

Create

if the profile has never been linked to a manager account. Enter an optional ID, if preferred.

Select

Enable

if the profile has been linked to a manager account before but is now disabled.

From the header, select

Users

Click on the

Contractors as Managers

tab and locate the user profile.

Click

Edit

Under

Security Roles

, click

Add New Row

As you complete the security role row, consider:

Organization Unit	The role applies at the selected organization unit and any that are under it.
Pin to User Org	When checked, the Organization Unit defaults to match the user's "home" organization unit and cannot be modified.
Persistent	When checked, the assigned user role will not be remove as part of a user upload.
Security Role	Select Resource Manager .

Click

Save

Contractors can now log in with their contractor credentials and switch accounts (

Switch Account

All Managed Accounts

) to complete actions in their manager role.
