步骤：设置“Strategic Sourcing 节省额”探索面板

在 Strategic Sourcing 中：
您可以使用“Spend - Strategic Sourcing Savings”
探索面板，查看源自寻源项目的已实现节省额和预计节省额信息。通过该探索面板，您可以使用“Strategic Sourcing Savings”
报告数据源中的数据查看和自定义可视化内容。您可以通过与 Workday Strategic Sourcing 集成来填充此报告数据源。
  1. 从“New Using Template”提示中，选择“Workday Strategic Sourcing: Savings”
    。
  2. 从集成系统的相关操作菜单中，选择
    “集成系统”→“Configure Integration Attributes”
    。
    输入以下属性：
    • WSS API URL：输入 WSS API 的 Strategic Sourcing 端点 URL。有关最新的 URL，请参见 Workday Strategic Sourcing API 说明文档。
    • User Email：输入您在 Strategic Sourcing 用户基本资料中使用的电子邮件地址。
    • API Key：输入您在 Strategic Sourcing 基本资料中生成的公司级 API 令牌。
    • User Token：输入您在 Strategic Sourcing 基本资料中生成的特定于用户的 API 令牌。
    安全性：“Integration”功能区域中的以下域：
    • Integration Build
    • Integration Configure
  3. （可选）从集成系统的相关操作菜单中，选择
    “集成系统”
    “配置集成映射”
    。
    要将 Strategic Sourcing 中的自定义字段映射到 Workday 中的相关字段，请在
    “内部值”
     列中输入以下值，并将 Strategic Sourcing 中的相应自定义字段输入到
    “外部值”
     列中：
    • 预算所有者
    • 成本中心
    • 现有合同号
    • 区域
    • 类型
    Workday 仅支持将这些值映射到 Strategic Sourcing。
  4. 创建一个集成系统用户 (ISU)，然后授予该 ISU 对以下域的
    “读取”
    和
    “更新”
    权限：
    • “Integration”功能区域中的“Integration Event”
    • “Procurement”功能区域中的“Reports: Strategic Sourcing Savings”
  5. 为集成设置时间表，以从 Strategic Sourcing 检索数据。
  6. 编辑域安全策略。
    配置“Procurement”功能区域中的“Reports: Strategic Sourcing Savings”
    域。此域使探索面板用户能够访问“Strategic Sourcing Savings”
    报告数据源。
  7. 创建“Spend - Strategic Sourcing Savings”
    探索面板的副本。
  8. 访问您的云盘
    。
    打开您的“Spend - Strategic Sourcing Savings”
    探索面板副本，然后单击“编辑”
    。
  9. （可选）自定义可视化显示和数据。
  • 创建您自己的可视化内容。
  • 与其他用户共享该探索面板。
