Troubleshooting: Packaging Period Changed Failure

Packaging fails with a
Packaging Period Changed
 failure reason.
When packaging ran, both these conditions were true:
  • The financial aid period records (FAPRs) of the packaging period configured on the attendance plan differed from the previous packaging run.
  • The packaging run didn’t include all periods of the packaging period that the FAPR you attempted to package belongs to.
  1. Access the
    Find Financial Aid Job Runs
     task and select the packaging job containing the failure.
    Workday displays the FAPRs of the packaging period in the
    Students and Applicants Not Processed
     section.
  2. (Optional) Lock any awards you don’t want to change.
  3. Run packaging for all of the FAPRs in the packaging period.
