Project Billing - Core

Supports creating billing processes for client-facing billable projects. The functionality provides the ability to:
  • Add administrative fees and attachments to invoices.
  • Adjust transaction amounts, rates, and hours for billing.
  • Bill and invoice time, expense, and supplier invoices for intercompany contracts.
  • Configure project milestones for billing and revenue events.
  • Create and configure prepaid installments.
  • Create and maintain customer contracts for project and non-project work, including Time & Expense, Fixed Fee, Value-Based, and Usage-Based contracts.
  • Create and review intercompany contracts.
  • Create billing schedules and installments.
  • Create invoice summary definitions for supplier invoices, expenses, hourly time blocks, and ad hoc transaction bills.
  • Create or schedule customer invoices from contracts.
  • Create revenue schedules and installments.
  • Log transactions against projects for expense reports, time blocks, supplier invoices, and ad hoc miscellaneous expenses.
  • Review billable project transactions for hourly time, daily time, expenses, supplier invoices, miscellaneous expenses, and usage-based.

Project Billing - Pricing

Provides the ability to:
  • Create, edit, or copy contract rate sheets.
  • Create standard billing rates by worker or rules.
  • Price projects using billing rates and billing rate rules.

Project Billing - Revenue Recognition

Supports the ability to accrue and post revenue when transitions occur. The functionality provides the ability to:
  • Recognize revenue based on transactions and installments.
  • Recognize revenue using various methods, such as accrued, deferred, or directly on invoices.
  • Review and recognize revenue using percent complete by hours or cost.
