Travel Agent is a conversational AI agent that enables you to search, book, and modify flights, hotels, and ground transportation. The assistant guides you through complex itineraries, presents tailored booking options using generative AI, and enforces policy controls interactively. It also answers questions about company travel policy, such as cabin class limits, spending thresholds, advance booking requirements, and approval rules. It searches your company Knowledge Base and returns the most relevant article excerpts with links to their source articles.

The Travel Agent is optimized and validated for English.

While the underlying LLM can communicate in over 30 additional languages and thus, you might interact with the Agent in these languages, Workday doesn't support the same level of verified accuracy or stylistic consistency, such as formal or casual phrasing, provided for its officially supported languages.
