- Is my data used to train the AI model?
- No. Workday doesn't use your data to retrain or fine-tune the foundation model. You can disable operational telemetry at any time by selecting .
- Can I use DI with data from systems other than Adaptive Planning?
- You can upload CSV and Excel files from any source. Direct connectors to additional data systems are planned for future releases.
- Does DI replace Adaptive Planning?
- No. DI is the analytical workspace for exploration and modeling. Adaptive Planning remains the system of record.
- What's the difference between DI and the Planning Agent?
- The Planning Agent (Ask Workday for Adaptive Planning) operates within Adaptive Planning for quick, contextual questions about your existing models. DI is a standalone analytical workspace for deeper investigation, multi-source analysis, and scenario modeling.
- What happens to the data that I upload?
- Uploaded data is stored securely within your project. It is not accessible to other tenants or users outside your security group.
- Can I share a project with other users?
- Projects are currently per-user. Collaboration capabilities are planned for future releases.
- Can I delete uploaded files from a project?
- You can start a new project at any time. File-level deletion within a project is planned for a future release.
- What languages does DI support?
- U.S. English. Additional language support is planned for future releases.
- Why is my query blocked?
- Your prompts and the responses you receive from DI both go through comprehensive safety checks. When DI identifies content that violates one or more safety policies, it blocks the interaction.
