View Analytics for Agents

 domain in the Agent System of Record functional area
Agent Analytics Hub provides you with key insights into your organization's agent usage, enabling you to make informed business decisions.
  1. Access the
    Agent Analytics Hub
     report.
  2. On the report, view insights related to:
    • Agent Demographics
      : Including data for active, inactive, registered and unregistered agents.
    • Agent Usage
      : Including data related to total conversations and monthly active users.
    • Agent Cost
      : Including data from the Platform Consumption Console related to agent consumption (secured to the Management Dashboard: Platform Consumption Console domain in the System functional area).
