View External Agent Credentials

After you've registered an external agent in Agent Management Hub, if you want to view and edit its OAuth endpoint and credentials information, you can access the
Credentials
tab on its agent profile.
  1. Access the
    Agent Management Hub
    report.
  2. Select the
    Agent Registry
tab, and then click on the agent name to configure the agent.
  3. From the agent's profile view, click
    Credentials
    .
Workday displays this tab only for external agents. It shows OAuth endpoint information, as these sections when the agent contains a skill of that execution mode:
    • OAuth Details for Delegate Skills
: Displays when the agent contains at least 1 delegate skill. A delegate skill requires a redirect URI.
    • OAuth Details for Ambient Skills
: Displays when the agent contains at least 1 ambient skill. An ambient skill requires an x509 public key.
If a required credential is missing, the agent profile displays a message advising you to add it.
  4. (Optional) Click
    Edit
to update the credentials information for a skill.
  5. (Optional) Click
    Generate a New Client Secret
to update the OAuth client secret for the agent’s delegate skills. Copy the secret before you leave the task. It only displays once, and the new secret replaces the previous one.
