Set Up Agent System of Record

Security:
Security Configuration
 domain in the System functional area. Required to configure the ASOR security domains.
You can manage your organization's digital workforce using Agent System of Record (ASOR). To set up ASOR in your tenant, you must:
  • Enable the ASOR functional area.
  • Configure domain security policies for ASOR tasks and reports.
You must set up and configure ASOR in each of your tenants as there's no current method to migrate configurations.
  1. Access the
    Maintain Functional Areas
     task.
    Select the
    Enabled
     check box for the Agent System of Record functional area.
    Click
    OK
     and then
    Done
    .
  2. Access the
    Activate Pending Security Policy Changes
     task.
    Enter a comment and click
    OK
    .
    Select the
    Confirm
     check box and click
    OK
    .
  3. Access the
    Domain Security Policies for Functional Area
     report.
    From the
    Functional Area
     prompt, select
    Agent System of Record
    .
    Select
    Domain Security Policy > Enable
     from the related actions menu for these domains:
    • Agent Compliance
    • Agent Management Hub
    • Manage: Agents
    • Reports: Agent Reporting
    • Setup: Agents
    Repeat this step for the
    Reports: AI Agent Security
     domain in the System functional area.
  4. Access the
    Maintain Permissions for Security Group
     task.
    Select the
    Maintain
     operation.
    From the
    Source Security Group
     prompt, select the security group that you want to grant ASOR agent management access to.
    Currently, you can only configure unconstrained groups on ASOR security policies.
    On the
    Domain Security Policy Permissions
     tab, provide
    View and Modify
     permissions for these domain security policies:
    • Agent Compliance
      : Access to reports and data required for agent compliance.
    • Agent Management Hub
      : Access to the
      Agent Management Hub
       - the centralized hub for viewing and managing all agents.
    • Manage Agents
      : Access to tasks for managing agents including configuration, activation and deactivation in ASOR.
    • Reports: Agent Reporting
      : Access to view agent analytics and report data sources and filters for agent level reporting.
    • Reports: AI Agent Security
      : Access to reports about AI agent security information. Example: the
      View AI Agent User Audit Trail
       report.
    • Setup: Agents
      : Access to setup tasks and activities for agents in ASOR.
  5. Access the
    Activate Pending Security Policy Changes
     task.
    Enter a comment and click
    OK
    .
    Select the
    Confirm
     check box and click
    OK
    .
