View Agent Passport Security for Agents

You can use the
Passport
tab on agent profiles to view the security stamps for your agents. Agent stamps indicate compliance with industry security standards.
Agent passport provides customers with security and compliance details regarding Workday-provided and third-party agents within Workday’s Agent System of Record. This information, delivered by Workday alongside industry-leading experts, helps customers assess potential risks associated with agent interactions within Workday.
  1. Access the
    Agent Management Hub
     report.
  2. Select the
    Agent Registry
     tab, and then click on the agent name to configure the agent.
  3. From the agent's profile view, click
    Passport
    .
    On the
    Stamps
     table, we display the security details for your agent stamps including: stamp name, description, associated assessors, and the date the stamp was granted.
  4. (Optional) Click a stamp name to view additional security compliance information for that agent passport stamp.
