Steps: Scheduled Reports
The report you want to schedule must exist.
Scheduled reports can remove the need for regular, manual processing of reports.
- (Optional) Change theSchedule Ownerof a scheduled report.Permissions:custom.reports.schedle.adminTheSchedule Ownerfield defaults to the name of the user scheduling the report. If you need to edit the schedule owner, the report must be saved.
- From the header, select .
- Open the scheduled report.
- Select theSettingstab.
- In theSchedulingsection, click the 3 dots and selectEdit.
- Select theSchedule Ownerfrom the drop-down list.For users to be available for selection in the drop-down menu, they must have thecustom.reports.executepermission and either thecustom.email.scheduleor thecustom.sftp.schedulepermission.
- (Optional) Run a scheduled report now.In theSettingstab, in theSchedulingsection, click the 3 dots and selectRun Now.A message confirms that the schedule has been successfully triggered. A record of theRun Nowaction is available in the report history for tracking. Using theRun Nowoption won't change a scheduled run of that report.
- View Scheduled Report Data.Permissions: At least one of the following must be true:
- You have thereport_files.readpermission.
- You are the schedule owner or a recipient when the report file is generated.
- You manually triggered an export.
TheFilestab displays all files generated by the selected scheduled report. Any files form manual exports also display.- From the header, select .
- Open the scheduled report you want to view.
- Select theFilestab.
- View Legacy Report DataTo retrieve legacy report data, complete these steps:
- From the header, select .
- From theActionsmenu, selectLegacy Reports Files.
- View and download your historical scheduled reports from the provided list.
