Add Locations in VNDLY Settings
Set up regions.
Locations specify where a program wants to hire workers or where a job takes place. Workday VNDLY uses this information to calculate taxes when a program manages taxes in VNDLY.
You can also bulk upload locations and changes by downloading the provided template when you click
Bulk Add
form the Locations
page. See Add Locations in Bulk in Settings
.- From the header, selectMore>Company Settings.
- From the Organization section, selectLocations.
- Click+Add.
- Complete the task:
Option Description Accounting Location CodeHelps generate invoices.Allowed CurrenciesSelect which currencies you want to apply when you create jobs. This restricts accidental currency changes that can impact rate cards associated with jobs.Default CurrencySets a default currencies for job forms with the location selected.TagsServes as an additional source of tag. When you use the tax location tag, VNDLY restricts the selection of location on jobs and work orders. The location displays for tax purposes, such as Work Site Tax Overrides. - ClickSave.
