Steps: Create Formulas Using Calculation Engine
You must have the
calculation_engine.settings.update
permission.Use the Calculation Engine to manage and customize your formulas used for system calculations. VNDLY provides system formula components and system formulas, but you can build custom formulas as needed.
With the Calculation Engine you can:
- Automatically assign formulas to things like jobs, work orders, and statements of work (SOWs).
- Meet organization and region-specific requirements by determining the formulas used for key financial calculations.
- View calculation details.
Calculation Engine uses the formulas you created to calculate invoicing amounts.
