Bulk Update Checklist Actions with File

You must have the
checklists.update
 or
checklist.admin
 permission.
The
Bulk Update Checklists with File
 page enables MSP users to update the checklist status on checklist actions in bulk.
This functionality is available as a spec file and as a bulk update. To view the specifications file, open the link in the
Related Information
. Then in the
Files
 section of the webpage under
Checklist Evidence Inbound
, click
Checklist Evidence.pdf
.
  1. From the header, select
    More
    Bulk Updates
    .
  2. Click
    New Bulk Update
    .
  3. Click
    Bulk Update Checklist Actions with File
    .
  4. (Optional) Click
    Download Manifest template
    .
  5. Populate the template and upload the ZIP file.
  6. Click
    Next
    .
    VNDLY verifies the file.
  7. Click
    Confirm Upload
    .
  8. Click
    View Results in File Transfer Reports
    .
    You see the
    File Transfer Result
     page.
