Steps: Create Custom Layouts for Student Statements

Workday provides a standard report for student statements, but you can use a custom layout to present the data. Report Designer in Workday Studio enables you to control the way the data displays as well as include a logo, custom messages, and other branding details.
Example: Use Report Designer to print student statements on your official letterhead.
  1. Copy the
    Student Statement to Print
     report to a custom report to use with Report Designer.
  2. Create a custom layout for student statements with Report Designer.
  3. Access the
    Maintain Institutional Student Financial Options
     task.
    Select the custom layout in the
    Student Statement Report Layout
     field.
    Security:
    Manage: Student Charge Processing
     and
    Set Up: Student Financials
     domains in the Student Financials functional area.
When you print a student statement, the PDF generates using the custom layout.
