Example: Create a Student Journey
This example illustrates how to use the Journeys Workspace to create a Student Journey.
You've identified students that are at risk of being put on academic probation and you want to help them figure out how to get back on track. As an administrator, you want to create a custom Student Journey that will guide students through the steps required to get back into good standing and ensure they succeed.
Security:
Set Up: Journey Administration
domain in the Journeys functional area.- Access theJourneys Workspacereport.
- SelectCreate Journey.
- SelectBuild your Journeyto start a blank student journey.
- Enter these values:

- Click on theUntitled Journeyheader and add aJourney Name:Getting Back on Track.
- Click on theWelcome to Your Journeywelcome card and enter these values:
- Welcome Card Title:Welcome to Your Journey to Getting Back on Track
- Welcome Card Message:You’ve been identified as an at-risk student for academic probation. These steps have been curated to help guide you back on track academically.
- Select aStep Group.
- Enter theStep Group Name:See Where You Stand.
- Drag and drop anArticlestep into theStep Groupas a required step.
- Select theAcademic Policies & Guidelinesarticle.
- Drag and drop 2Tasksteps into theStep Groupas required steps and configure these fields:
