Remove MPN Certification

Security:
Manage: Financial Aid Data Loads
 domain in the Financial Aid functional area
If an MPN certification is incorrectly linked to the wrong student award, you can unmatch the COD MPN import record from the student. Example: You force-matched the MPN import record to the wrong student.
  1. On the student profile, access the
    Total Financial Assistance
     report on the Financial Aid profile group.
  2. On the federal loan award, click the related actions menu of the magnifying glass, then select
    Student Award > Remove MPN Certification
    .
  3. Select the
    Confirm
     check box, then click
    OK
    .
If you remove the MPN certification from the student award:
  • You won’t be able to link it to another student award.
  • The disbursement will fail if the student award has any anticipated disbursement associated with it.
