Set Up Requisitions Worklet
- Security: These domains in the Procurement functional area:
- Process: Requisition - Create/Edit
- Process: Requisition - Reporting
- Process: Requisition - View
- Self-Service: Requisition
- Configure theRequisition Eventbusiness process and security policy in the Procurement functional area.Access to theRequisitionsworklet also requires workers to be added to a user-based security group and the security group to be granted access to the initiating action for Checkout (REST) on theRequisition Eventbusiness process security policy.
You can configure the
Requisitions
worklet on your Home page to create, edit, and review requisitions.You can also access the
Requisitions
worklet from:
- TheTasks and Reportssection on theOverviewpage of theBuyerhub.
- TheViewsection in thePurchasesworklet.
- From the Workday Home page, select the gear icon at the bottom of the global navigation sidebar.
- SelectAdd Menu Itemsin theMenu Itemssection on the page to customize the global navigation menu.
- Search for and selectRequisitionsto add theRequisitionsworklet to global navigation menu.
- SelectAdd Item, thenSave Changesto save your changes.
The
Requisitions
worklet displays as the Requisitions
link in the Organization
of the global navigation sidebar.Select the
Requisitions
worklet from the global navigation sidebar to access the worklet features.To enable the worklet, workers must have:
- TheEmployee as Selfrole.
- Security permissions to either of these domains in the Procurement functional area:
- Self-Service: Requisition
- Process: Requisition - Create/Edit
- Access to the initiating action for Checkout (REST) on theRequisition Eventbusiness process security policy.
The security groups that you configure on either the
Self-Service: Requisition
or Process: Requisition - Create/Edit
security domains must also have access to the Checkout (REST) initiating action on the Requisition Event
business process security policy.
