Administrator Guide

These reports provide information about FLSA workers and processing.

Report	Security	Description
FLSA Calendar Changes by Worker	Reports: Pay Calculation Results for Pay Group (Results)	Use this report to view workers who changed FLSA calendars for completed or in-progress pay periods by: Worker name. Worker ID number. FLSA calendar as of pay period start date. FLSA calendar as of pay period end date.
FLSA Processing Status for Group of Workers	Reports: Pay Calculation Results for Pay Group (Results)	Access the Prior to Processing tab before running payroll to ensure that the settings are correct. Indicates whether the period is in sync with the FLSA work period. Access the Post Processing tab after running payroll to view results and verify the status of any worker. Example: Workers without an FLSA calendar. The calendar used for workers eligible for multiple calendars.
Payroll Register	Reports: Pay Calculation Results for Pay Group (Results)	Displays data by subperiod dates.
Pay Calculation Results for Group of Workers	Reports: Pay Calculation Results for Pay Group (Results)	Displays data by subperiod dates.
View FLSA Work Period Calendar Rules	Set Up: Payroll (FLSA) - USA	Displays the rules that you set up for FLSA processing, their conditions, and the calendars that use them.
View FLSA Work Period Calendar	Set Up: Payroll (FLSA) - USA	Displays the work periods set up for an FLSA calendar. You can view the start and end dates of a 53-week calendar.
