security policies for the secured items you want to provide access to, like
BPIJ.
- Access theCreate Security Policy for Domaintask.As you complete the task, consider:
Option Description For DomainSelect a domain.ConfirmSelect the check box. - In theReport/Task Permissionsgrid, add users and checkViewandModifyto give those users the rights to View and Modify tasks and reports in the domain.
- In theIntegration Permissionsgrid, add users and checkGetandPut.Workday recommends you allocate Integration Permissions to a limited number of users.
- Access theActivate Pending Security Policy Changestask.Confirm the security domain changes.
This example illustrates the security domains you need to enable for BPIJ.
By enabling security domains for:
- Process: BPIJ (Integration), you can specify the employees who have access to BPIJ machine to machine integration. Users with this type of access sometimes needIntegrations Permissions.
- Process: BPIJ (Run), you can specify the employees who can run BPIJ-related reports to confirm IJ information. Users with this type of access requireReport/Task Permissions.
