Find Unmapped Pay Components (AUS)

  • Security:
    Process: STP (Reports) - AUS
    domain in the Australia Payroll functional area.
  • Run this report as a Payroll Administrator.
Find any earnings or deductions that haven’t been mapped to an STP reporting category, and so may not be correctly reported to the ATO.
  1. Access the
    AUS STP Reconciliation - PCs Not Mapped to a Reporting Category
    report.
  2. Select the
    Effective as of Date
    .
  3. Select the
    Include Global
    checkbox to include pay components that are not assigned to a specific country.
  4. Click OK.
A report containing any earnings or deductions that aren't mapped to an STP reporting category, and if they are inactive. Some earnings and deductions may be intentionally unmapped.
If you have pay components, pay component groups, or pay component related calculations that shouldn't be reported in the STP file, add them to the
Exclude from STP Reports
reporting category to prevent them from appearing in this report.
Some reporting categories are mapped to a pay component related calculation instead of individual pay components. In this case, the pay components will appear in this report, despite being accounted for through the calculation. Add these pay components to the
Derived Amounts in STP Reports
reporting category so that they aren't incorrectly reported as unmapped.
