Concept: Arrears Recouping for Multiple Run Categories

When recouping arrears, by default Workday considers arrears amounts from all run categories, regardless if you restrict the deduction eligibility to 1 run category.

Example: Current Deduction Processed: Workday calculates these arrears for Ana in a regular run category:
Deduction A: 500.

You run a payroll calculation for a bonus run category for Ana. Workday processes Deduction A in the bonus run category, and recoups these amounts based on the
