- Why did Workday exclude a resource source that I selected?
- If you include a source that is irrelevant to the intention, Workday might exclude it from the final layout generation.
- Who can see the journey I just generated?
- The generated journey is only visible to the specific administrator who initiated the request. Other administrators can't view or modify the layout until you clickContinueto convert it into a standard draft journey.
- How do I configure resources such as Article, Document, Learning, Links, Tasks, and Reports from the preview?
- Suggested resources are recommendations where a task, article, or learning content would strengthen your journey. Workday does not automatically search for or attach these resources. After you convert the layout into a draft journey, you must search for and configure these resources in the editor.
- Why did my previously generated journey disappear?
- You can have only 1 generated journey in progress at a time. If you start a new generation request before converting the previous layout to a journey, Workday discards the existing layout.
