report.You're an HR Administrator with 6 months of new benefits features on the
What's New in Workday
report that you need to adopt. You want to:- Group related benefits features into a single adoption item.
- Add the adoption item to your roadmap.
- Assign the adoption item to a manager.
- Set a deadline of January 31, 2026 for adoption.
Security:
- Adoption Planningdomain in the Adoption functional area.
- Workday What’s Newdomain in the System functional area.
- Access theAdoption Planningreport.
- ClickCreate from What’s New.
- Enter these values for the filter options:OptionDescriptionFrom Date2025-03-14To Date2025-09-12Functional AreaBenefitsExclude Items with Linked Adoption ItemsSelect the check box.
- ClickOK.
- From theSetup Effortcolumn, selectFilterand enter:OptionDescriptionFilter ConditionisValueSetup Required
- ClickFilter.
- Select all filtered release notes.
- ClickCreate Item for Group.
- As you complete theCreate from What's Newtask, enter:OptionDescriptionNameBenefitsStatusOn Roadmap
