Create Configurable Hubs

Security:
Set Up: Tenant Setup - Hub
 domain in the System functional area.
You can create custom hubs to build tailored workflows for your users with structure, context, and guidance.
You can configure:
  • Domain security to control which users can access the hub.
  • External and suggested links for the hub.
  • Global navigation panel settings so users can access hubs from anywhere in Workday.
This enables you to organize resources in one accessible view, and customize navigation efficiency across your tenant.
  1. Access the
    Maintain Hubs
    report.
  2. Click
    Create Configurable Hub
    .
  3. Enter a hub name. Hub names must be unique.
  4. Select a domain security for the hub.
  5. Click
    OK
    .
  6. On the
    Configurable
     tab, you can edit, publish, delete, customize hub navigation, and configure suggested links for your new hub.
You can publish up to 10 configurable hubs per tenant, with each hub supporting up to 10 navigation groups and 10 navigation items per group. Your users can’t access the new hub until you publish it.
