QR Codes | When signed in to your Workday desktop account, you can scan a QR code onscreen using your mobile phone. Alternatively, a coworker with the Workday mobile application can share a QR code with you. Workday displays a QR code:

Help Users Connect to Your Tenant
You can email users a link with your tenant name to help them connect to your tenant. You can find your tenant name by clicking or tapping your profile image and selecting on desktop, Android, iPad, and iPhone.
Users must access the link from a mobile device. Use these formats when sharing links:

Enable Mobile Authentication
To help users access Workday faster from a mobile device, you can enable these authentication types:
- Personal identification number (PIN)
- Biometric (on supported devices only):
- Fingerprint authentication (Touch ID)
- Face ID
