Clearly define the task you need to perform (the how, why, or what).

Format
Request a specific output format for the information.
Omit format if you’re comfortable with the default paragraph or step-by-step instructions for how-to questions.
Provide the answer in a numbered list of steps.
Tone
Specify the level of technical detail or the intended audience.
Omit tone when you are performing standard technical tasks where the default Workday professional voice suffices.
