This video shows how an employee can submit a request to bring their pet to work by completing a questionnaire.

Welcome! In this video, we'll walk through how to submit the request to bring your pet to work. I'm now logged in as an employee who wants to bring their pet to the office.
To start, I'll go to the
Create Request
task. From the Request Type
prompt, I'll choose our new Bring Your Pet to Work
option and select OK
. We're not filling this out on behalf of someone, so let's ignore that field. I'll just add a quick summary for the request, like
I want to bring my pet to work next week
. It's time to fill out the questionnaire. First, for the pet type, I'll select Dog
. Next, I'll use the date-picker to choose when I'm bringing him into the office. I'll enter my office location and desk number. And finally, I'll confirm Yes
, my pet is vaccinated. I could add an attachment here, like a vaccination record. But for this demo, I'll just select Submit
. And that's it. The request has been submitted.
