Concept: Checklist Step

Concept: Checklist Step

A
Checklist
is a type of step in a business process. It’s a group of
To Dos
, or external tasks for users in specific security groups. Example: You can create a checklist for a new hire's first day at your organization with mandatory tasks for managers and the Facilities team. These items might include assigning a desk to the new hire, or sending a Welcome announcement.
A
Checklist
step can be optional or mandatory to continue to the next step in a business process.
When you create or edit a business process, and you specify a
Checklist
step type in the
Type
column, you can either select an existing
Checklist
or create your own using the
Create Checklist
task.
