When storing data for former workers, you can identify rehires more quickly and access former worker data without impacting Workday performance.
You can track these details for former workers:
- Names (legal, preferred).
- IDs (worker, national).
- Dates (hire, termination, service).
- Contact information (address, phone, country).
- Personal information (birthdate, ethnicity).
- Job details (title, manager, location, compensation).
You can't store previous Workday history or track events for former workers.
