High-level scheduling organizations define settings for themselves and the scheduling organizations below them in the organization hierarchy. Scheduling organizations are the organizations that schedules are created for. An HLSO can also be a scheduling organization. Subgroup organizations are a smaller group of workers within a scheduling organization.
