Reference: Edit Mode Keyboard Shortcuts
You can use these keyboard shortcuts within Edit Mode on the
Schedule Workers
report.Keyboard Shortcut | Description |

Ctrl/⌘ + Click | Select multiple non-contiguous shifts. |
Shift + Click | Select a contiguous range of shifts. |
Ctrl/⌘ + X | Cut 1 or more shifts. |
Ctrl/⌘ + C | Copy 1 or more shifts. |
Ctrl/⌘ + V | Paste 1 or more shifts.

Ctrl/⌘ + Z | Undo the last shift action. |
Ctrl + Y or ⌘ + Shift + Z | Redo the last undone action. |
Delete (Mac) / Backspace (Windows) | Delete the selected shifts.

Enter/Return | Add a new shift to a selected cell. |
Multiple shift select + Enter/Return | Open the Mass Edit modal. |
Arrow keys | Move the selection between shifts. |
Tab | Move the selection between shifts, skipping over any unscheduled day for a worker. |
Esc | Clear any copied or cut shifts, and clear the actively selected shift. This shortcut does not clear pasted data. |
Click + drag | Select any number of cells and shifts within those cells. You can add or remove specific shifts from that selection using Ctrl/⌘ + Click.

Right click | Expand a menu that includes Copy, Cut, Paste, Delete, Add Shift, and Edit Shift options. |
Click on the row header or column header | Select a worker’s entire row or an entire day’s column of shifts.
