Troubleshooting: Incorrect Candidates or Job Applications Purged

When you run a custom purge report in your Sandbox tenant, Workday purges the wrong records or more records than intended.
Purging is permanent and irreversible. Test custom purge reports in your Sandbox tenant before purging in your Production tenant.
The custom purge report uses an OR filter condition.
    Security: The
    Purge Person Data
     domain in the System functional area.
  1. Access the
    Edit Custom Report
     task.
  2. Select your custom purge report.
  3. On the
    Filter
     tab, replace rows that use OR filter conditions with AND filter conditions.
