This example illustrates how to set up attendance synchronization to track full, partial, and non-attendance for a virtual classroom lesson.
You've already configured integration with Microsoft Teams or Zoom and you want to track full, partial, and non-attendance for a virtual classroom lesson on Project Design.
Set up virtual classroom integration with Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
- Access theEdit Tenant Setup - HCMtask.
- Navigate to theLearningsection.
- From theSelect Virtual Classroom Integrationsprompt, select your Microsoft Teams or Zoom integration.
- Enter60as the value for theMinimum Percentage for Full Attendancefield.
- Enter40as the value for theMinimum Percentage for Partial Attendancefield.
- Select theTrack Non-Attendance for Virtual Classroomcheck box.
- ClickOK.
- Selecting theTrack Non-Attendance for Virtual Classroomcheck box means it's active and Workday will use it.
- When there's a record match and:
- Learner attendance is 60% or more, theOverall Attendancefield displays asAttended.
- Learner attendance is 40% or more, but less than 60%, theOverall Attendancefield displays asPartially Attended.
- Learner attendance is less than 40%, theOverall Attendancefield is displays asNot Attended.

task to view attendance details for your learners.
