Workday Wellness enables you to connect your tenant with wellness partners to exchange worker demographic, enrollment, and absence data. From the
Workday Wellness
hub, you can generate an access code that enables a partner to request access to your tenant. When you approve the request, they become a connected wellness partner. You can then configure the specific use cases available to the partner.Use Cases
Workday Wellness supports these use cases:
- Worker Data and Enrollments: Enables wellness partners to retrieve worker demographic and benefits enrollment data. This use case includes worker data management to resolve partner-reported data errors and subscriptions to worker data change events.
- Evidence of Insurability (EOI): Enables wellness partners to set up EOI rules and provide real-time decision updates to administrators and employees.
- Worker Communications: Enables wellness partners to deliver communication cards to employees in theBenefits and Payhub, during benefits enrollment, and in the benefits and wellbeing wallet.
- Connected Absence: Integrates Workday absence management with wellness partners. Workday routes employees to initiate leaves in the partner system based on the selected leave type.
- Plan Setup Automation: Enables wellness partners to submit insurance plan proposals to your tenant. You can review, configure, approve, or reject these plans in theWorkday Wellnesshub.
